Homecoming 2026: Purple Pride, Musketeer Spirit, and lifetime memories

There's nothing quite like Homecoming at the Academy of Richmond County! From the excitement of the pep rally to the final moments under the Friday night lights, Homecoming 2026 was a celebration of school spirit, cherished traditions, and unforgettable memories!

The festivities kicked off with a spirited pep rally at ARC, setting the stage for an exciting Homecoming celebration. Next came the Homecoming Parade, featuring our very own Purple Pride Marching Band, the ARC Musketeers football team, AJROTC cadets, and the crowned representatives of the school's classes and activities. The parade was a wonderful display of Musketeer pride!

We are especially proud to congratulate two of our own: Mr. PPMB, Jonas Robbins, and Mrs. PPMB, Brooklin Brown! Congratulations to both of these outstanding representatives of Purple Pride!

The following day brought the main event: the ARC Musketeers versus the Statesboro High School Blue Devils! Purple Pride took the field in style, joined by returning band alumni who helped make this Homecoming performance even more special. Our musicians played beautifully, looked sharp in their uniforms, and reminded everyone why Purple Pride is such an important part of the Musketeer experience!

The evening also featured the recognition of our Homecoming representatives and the highly anticipated crowning of Mrs. Homecoming 2026. It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the students who represent the spirit and traditions of ARC.

And as if the evening couldn't get any better, OUR MUSKETEERS WON THE GAME! What a perfect way to cap off an already incredible celebration!

Of course, Homecoming is about much more than parades, performances, crowns, and football. It's about the memories we make along the way. For our seniors, this Homecoming was especially bittersweet, marking their final opportunity to experience this beloved tradition as members of Purple Pride. For our freshmen and younger musicians, it was the beginning of a tradition they'll carry with them for years to come. And for our band parents? Well, let's just say watching our children grow, perform, and make these memories is a roller coaster of pride, excitement, and more than a few happy tears!

To our students, alumni, directors, families, and supporters, thank you for making Homecoming 2026 such a memorable celebration.

Congratulations to our Musketeers on their victory, and a special round of applause to the Purple Pride Marching Band for another outstanding Homecoming!

One Band. One Family. One Purple Pride!
